Hey Crafters! This release brings improved speed, stability, and bugfixes so you can enjoy a smoother experience playing Storycraft. - We made major improvements to world loading and travel. You should now be able to load the game and travel to worlds more quickly and more reliably even on slow networks. - We made player chat appear in front of your character face so it’s no longer obscured when you have a large headed character. - We added a retry system to improve stability and reliability when something goes wrong fetching data from our servers. - Fixed a bug that would sometimes make players appear in the wrong location when entering a world. - Fixed bugs that would sometimes cause the wrong objects, wrong sky, or wrong ground to appear after traveling to new worlds. - Fixed a bug that would make the recipe list lock up after inventing and force you to restart the game. - Fixed a bug that showed overlapping text during a character memory. - Fixed a bug causing certain resources to not appear when inspecting objects. - Fixed a bug that could cause character home quests to get stuck forever with a skipped ‘follow’ step. |
